  • I read my Nanowrimo to my kids on Sunday. They liked it and had some suggestions that I may incorporate. It was 43,000 words.
  • Tomorrow I will have Thanksgiving with my kids and Rebecca for the first time since 2001.
  • I reached 42,500 last night. Made the raccoon cute and expanded the ending somewhat. I'm not very good at cute.
  • Nanowrimo count now 38,500. The rabid muskrat was a good choice, but the raccoon is uninteresting so far.
  • My Nanowrimo word count has reached 36,000. My son suggested I add a rabid muskrat and a raccoon. Should be good for another 1000.
  • A confession: sometimes, especially when I'm bored and tired, other people's profile pics annoy me.
